More Info on Goes Trophy

The Department of Athletic Communications has posted more info on yesterday's Goes Trophy on cuse.com.

Recapping yesterday's 1V race, men's head rowing Coach Dave Reischman said that Cornell got out to an early lead: "The crews maintained their positions throughout the duration of the race after Cornell established a lead in the opening 250 meters with Navy second and SU third, though the Orange gained on the Midshipmen in the second half of the race.

"I thought we rowed a good a third 500, Reischman said. "We got down in the second 500. We then made some in-roads into them, but didn't have anything left down the stretch."
